The Customer Development Center Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $17.05. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Position Purpose: The Mercedes-Benz - Sprinter Customer Development Center Representative is responsible for ensuring a complete (ultimate, full circle) customer experience which includes MERCEDES-BENZ and Sprinter Service Appointment Desk, and Alternate Transportation needs. Essential Duties Responsibilities: MERCEDES-BENZ - Sprinter Service Appointment Desk: * Handle all in-coming calls regarding service utilizing the Service Work Sheet script. * Schedule Mercedes-Benz - Sprinter service appointments for customers via telephone, fax, email, or in person. * Follow-up on no show Mercedes-Benz - Sprinter service customer appointments and reschedule. * Follow-up with customers in a timely manner. * Confirm next day appointments. * Handle customer service questions directly if able or direct customer to appropriate Service Advisor. * Assist and help with Parts Boutique items to customers. * Alert Mercedes-Benz - Sprinter Service Department of customer vehicle pick-ups. * Answer incoming Mercedes-Benz - Sprinter Service phone calls. General: * Present Vehicle Service Contract and Pre-paid Maintenance options to customers. * Arrange appraisals and sales opportunities for customers that express interest in trading or selling their vehicle. * Adhere to work schedule and arrive at work before your scheduled start time and be at your work station productively engaged by the scheduled start time. * Comply with all safety rules and utilize all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment at all times, (if any). * Adhere to established dress code policy at all times. * Safeguard customer and Company/dealer information per established policy. * Exemplify organizational culture and holds other in department accountable for doing the same. * Accomplish all current and future tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. * Other related duties as may be assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.05 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Experience: * Customer service: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
