We offer: * $20+ per hour * Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance * Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays * 401K with Day 1, Fully Vested 6% company match! 40+ hours/week - Monday - Friday - Normally scheduled 8 hours/day - between 7:00am - 4:30pm Hours may vary based on business need. * RESPONSIBILITIES * Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner * Answering customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi extension phone * Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing * Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products * Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts * Stock inventory as needed in the showroom * _Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors _ * Process warranty claims * _General cleaning & showroom upkeep _ * Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * Customer Service experience required. * Sales experience is preferred * Distributor knowledge preferred. HVAC knowledge a plus. * Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system. * High school diploma or GED completion is required. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * The physical abilities required for this position include walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 100lbs).
