Position Overview Joyce is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales & Appointment Specialist to engage with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and services. In this role, you will proactively contact warm leads, answer customer questions, educate homeowners on the benefits of Joyce products, and set qualified appointments for our In-Home Sales team. This position is ideal for outgoing, self-motivated individuals who enjoy phone-based customer interaction, flexible scheduling, and performance-based earnings. You will play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline while maintaining a positive customer experience. Compensation This role offers an hourly base rate plus commission and performance incentives.
