This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, interacting with potential tenants, and ensuring our properties are ready for leasing. Responsibilities * Travel to properties to conduct showings for prospective tenants * Perform inspections of vacant units and report on conditions * Assist with property listings, signage placement, and lockbox setup * Support leasing and property management teams with tasks * Ensure properties are clean, secure, and presentable before showings Qualifications Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible field-based schedule * Detail-oriented with a customer-first attitude * Interest in property management or leasing is a plus * Must be bilingual in English / Spanish
