Summary As an Account Manager at Kars 4 Kids, you will play a vital role in overseeing sales calls and following standard operating procedures. Responsibilities * Assist in daily inside/inbound sales. * Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism. * Maintain constant record keeping. * Facilitate communication between donors and third party service providers. * Assist in vital data entry. * Provide excellent customer service to donors. Qualifications * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. * Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions preferred. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively. * Familiarity with basic data entry. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * Basic understanding of nonprofit operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
