This is an entry-level position where your passion for aesthetics meets your drive for success. We provide the industry knowledge; you provide the creativity and "take-charge" attitude. What You 'll Do: * Inspire Clients: Help homeowners find the perfect flooring and home solutions that match their style and budget. * Take the Lead: Manage projects from the initial design consultation through the final sale. * Stay Current: Keep up-to-date on the latest flooring trends, materials, and interior design shifts. * Build Relationships: Grow your own book of business by being a proactive communicator and a reliable expert.
