You Close. We Feed. Let 's Build. If you 're confident in your ability to close $50K-$1M+ projects, we'll give you the best leads in Arizona. We're not looking for order takers or "quote droppers." We're hiring elite consultants who can own the sales process from first walkthrough to final contract. At Handi Services, we're known for high- end remodels, ADUs, and new builds that average $200K+. We have more opportunity than we can handle--we just need the right wolves to run with it. THIS ROLE IS IDEAL FOR FORMER HOUSE FLIPPERS, EXOWNERS, EXPERIENCED GCs, AND HIGHTICKET CLOSERS WHO HAVE PERSONALLY ESTIMATED AND SOLD THE WORK THEY BUILT. If you've lived on both sides of the table--owning the budget, walking the job, pricing real-world construction costs, and confidently closing $50K-$1M+ projects with clients--you will thrive here. We're looking for professionals who understand construction from the inside out, know how to spot risk and missed scope instantly, and can consult, estimate, and close with authority. If you've successfully sold projects you were responsible for delivering, you're exactly who this role was designed for. Duties * You show up to a qualified lead we book for you * You walk the job, consult with the client, catch scope * You build a real-world estimate (with our systems) * You close the deal, with support from leadership * You own your performance, and your income reflects it * Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. What We're NOT Looking For: * People afraid of commission * Estimators who've never been on a job site * Salespeople who wait to be told what to do * Talkers with no follow-through Ideal Candidate: 5+ years in residential construction or flipping Experience walking jobs, catching missing scope, and pricing like a builder --not a Googler Proven closer with high emotional intelligence and real follow-through Familiar with Houzz or other estimating software Comfortable running your own appointments and keeping momentum Professional, confident, and excellent with clients Compensation: Commission-based structure tied to closed revenue Top reps earn $250K+ annually High-quality, pre-qualified leads provided Access to premium projects: full remodels, casitas, additions, new builds Why Handi Services?
