Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections * Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers * Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Experience * Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations * Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly desirable * Knowledge of merchandising, upselling techniques, and product demos will be advantageous * Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management are essential * Prior experience in customer service roles will support success in this position Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
