We have an opportunity for a Commercial and Personal Multi-Line Account Manager to implement, service and manage the insurance needs of our personal and commercial lines clients. Put your skills, knowledge and energy to work supporting our clients. * We Provide: * "Hybrid" work arrangements. * A comprehensive benefit package including with Paid Time Off and holiday observance. * Competitive compensation (Base salary plus bonus and commission plan) Job Responsibilities: * Handle a book of personal and commercial lines requiring a comprehensive understanding of the industry and broad knowledge in Property, Casualty, Auto, E&O, D&O, Management Liability, Builder's Risk +more * Quote, propose and write both Personal and Commercial Lines insurance products. * Counsel and advise clients on exposures/risks and offer insurance solutions to meet their needs. Regularly engage with clients to develop, nurture, and retain long-term relationships. * Participate in our proactive account renewal process. * Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system. * Consistently assess new business opportunities and cross sell as needed. * Achieve and exceed sales, retention and growth goals and objectives. Job Skills & Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree or Military experience desired * 3 years or more of insurance industry experience related to servicing small to medium commercial accounts and personal lines accounts * A current Mass. Property and Casualty Insurance license or the ability to successfully obtain. CIC, CPCU or other insurance designations are desirable but not required. * A high energy and outgoing personality with excellent communication and technology skills. * Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office.
