Reeds Furniture is a premier home furnishings store serving Southern California for over 56 years! We are seeking talented "Inspiration Ambassadors" to be a part of our sales team. To be successful in the role you must: 1. Enjoy people and be open, honest, friendly, and above all extremely ethical. 2. You have to be smart. We carry thousands of items and there is a lot to learn. This is not a typical sales position by historical standards. We DO NOT promote a high pressure selling environment where morals are compromised for immediate satisfaction. We strive to treat every one of our customers as Guests. No hidden agenda. An open honest environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and treated with dignity, respect, and honesty. It is not about selling furniture, rather building relationships and inspiring a happy home. Here are the basics : a. Experience in furniture / Interior design / retail sales desired. b. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays. c. Medical Insurance and Benefits. d. Base salary of $ 3466 per month Draw Against Commission.
