What You 'll Do As one of our jewelers, you'll help clients bring their vision to life by connecting them with the perfect custom jewelry experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Consult with clients about engagement rings, custom jewelry, and design options tailored to their personal style and story. * Educate clients on diamond characteristics, materials (gold, platinum), and design elements to help them make informed decisions. * Guide customers through the custom design process -- from initial concept to finished piece -- with confidence and clarity. * Follow up with inquiries, keep detailed notes, and maintain strong relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. * Close high-value sales and exceed client expectations through a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
