INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST GENERAL SUMMARY: Robert McCabe Company, Inc., DBA McCabe Lumber located in Loveland, OH, a leader in the Building Material and Lumber Industry, is looking for a motivated, results driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business within existing and competitive accounts, managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities, while driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our current and competitive customer accounts and building long-lasting relationships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service * Manage and maintain a pipeline of customers and prospective customers * Guide customers through sales process by demonstrating features and benefits of products as well as providing information and solutions to meet their needs * Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring positive customer experience * Utilize design & marketing tools to create product quotations and orders * Collaborate with team members, customers, and vendors to find solutions * Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines Job Requirements * Prior Knowledge of Building Materials and Lumber, helpful * Prior Sales experience preferred * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively * Strong computer skills and the ability to master new software programs * Positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must * Ability to work independently Benefits: Competitive wages, Healthcare and Life insurance, 401K, Vacation, Incentive Program Please E-mail resume to [please apply online] Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
