What kind of person crushes this role? * You're a natural hype-person who actually listens * You want a job with real growth (our managers all started in roles like this) * You care about fitness, helping others, and chasing big goals Responsibilities * Conduct outside sales activities to identify and connect with potential members through cold calling, networking events, and community outreach * Average 60 outbound calls per shift * Manage existing member accounts by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and supporting their ongoing needs * Utilize CRM software such as Hubspot to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze individual and club KPIs * Negotiate membership packages and upsell additional services or products to maximize member value and satisfaction Requirements * Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and customer service interactions * Familiarity with CRM software like Hubspot or similar platforms for lead generation and sales tracking * Experience in customer service, retail sales or inside sales environments is a plus but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
