Our client is searching for an established Business Manager to join their team. They will be responsible for driving sales performance and dealer development across an established Southeast territory. This role focuses on achieving sales goals by strengthening relationships with existing dealers and recruiting new partners. Job Responsibilities - * Drive market share, retail, and wholesale sales targets across the assigned territory. * Manage and grow existing dealer relationships while identifying and onboarding new dealers. * Develop territory and dealer-level sales strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue. * Communicate, execute, and monitor dealer participation in promotions and incentive programs. * Oversee dealer inventory levels, including aging inventory and sold unit registrations. * Manage co-op and discretionary funding to support dealer marketing and sales initiatives. * Conduct regular dealer visits, inventory reviews, training, and virtual meetings. * Provide market feedback, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations to leadership. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred * Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or customer-facing roles * Proven success in new business development and dealer or distributor management * Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approximately 75%) * Strong business acumen with an understanding of dealer business models and retail drivers * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a home-based role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business technology tools * Excellent written, verbal, and relationship-building communication skills
