This is a rare opportunity to work with a respected brand, a loyal customer base, and a talented team of professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. * What We Offer: * Exceptional income potential with strong performance-based incentives * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance * 401(k) plan with company match * Paid vacation & holidays * Sales and service discounts; lease reimbursement program * 5 Day Work Week - Closed Every Sunday * A professional, team-oriented work culture focused on growth and success * The stability and reputation of a long-standing, customer-focused dealership * We will allow you to operate in a space where you can thrive * Reasonable work life balance as well as encouraged time off * Enthusiastic corporate culture and family culture * Our goal is for internal advancement with paid training opportunities * Responsibilities: * Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team. * Build on existing processes to improve quantity and closing of Internet Leads, Phone Inquiries and Showroom Visits. * Foster a customer-first culture with strong relationship-building and follow-up systems * Manage aspects of inventory: purchasing, allocations, appraisals, merchandising, and pricing strategy. * Source inventory through private party purchase, service drive, and trade-ins * Maintain optimal lot appearance and ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and ready for sale * Desk deals, track revenue and retail delivery performance, and manage inventory turn times * Monitor factory-sponsored programs and ensure full compliance with F&I operations * Deliver exceptional leadership while maintaining high standards for performance and professionalism * Lead through self accountability and team accountability. * Qualifications: * Minimum of 3-5 years of dealership leadership experience, preferably in new and/or pre-owned operations * Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to exceed goals * Strong understanding of inventory control, profit and loss, and dealership KPIs * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Working knowledge of CRM (Elead), DMS (Reynolds), Inventory Management (vAuto) and other platforms. * Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings At Mark Jacobson Toyota , we don't just sell cars--we create experiences.
