Key Responsibilities * Strategic Business Development: Execute targeted outside sales initiatives to cultivate a robust local clientele and deepen community presence. * Client Advocacy & Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs analyses to identify risks and engineer tailored insurance solutions for diverse client portfolios. * End-to-End Account Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including application processing, annual coverage reviews, and proactive policy adjustments. * Collaborative Strategy: Partner with leadership to design and implement innovative acquisition and retention strategies that drive market growth. * Exceptional Service Delivery: Serve as a primary point of contact, providing clear policy education and rapid resolution for all client inquiries. * Industry Compliance: Maintain mastery of evolving insurance products, market trends, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and state-specific mandates.
