Full description of the position
Overview We are seeking an Account Executive to drive enterprise cybersecurity growth in a new territory. This role is focused on new logo acquisition , owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, and establishing long-term customer relationships in complex enterprise and critical infrastructure environments. You will sell advanced cybersecurity solutions across NDR and IT/OT security use cases , working closely with technical and delivery teams to position solutions that address real operational and risk challenges. This role is well suited for a self-directed sales professional comfortable building pipeline in a developing market and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. Key Responsibilities New Business & Territory Development * Own new territory / new logo sales strategy across enterprise cybersecurity, NDR, and OT-focused customers * Develop and execute targeted account plans to identify, engage, and close new enterprise customers * Proactively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, warm introductions, networking, and industry events * Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets Sales Execution * Lead discovery and needs-assessment conversations with CISOs, IT/OT security leaders, SOC managers, and technical stakeholders * Clearly articulate the business value of cybersecurity solutions in complex IT and OT environments * Coordinate and lead customer-facing demos, workshops, and Proof-of-Concepts in collaboration with Sales Engineering * Manage pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing activities * Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools Account & Relationship Management * Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for customers through the sales cycle * Support early customer engagement post-sale in coordination with delivery and customer success teams * Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional services where appropriate Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, events, and regional awareness initiatives * Provide structured market feedback on customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends * Collaborate internally to ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery Qualifications Required * Proven success in B2B enterprise technology sales , ideally cybersecurity or adjacent technical solutions * Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers * Strong prospecting and pipeline-generation skills in a new or developing territory * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences * Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking * Strong negotiation skills with a record of closing enterprise deals Preferred * Experience selling cybersecurity solutions involving NDR, network security, or OT environments * Familiarity with enterprise security operations, SOC environments, or industrial/critical infrastructure * Experience working alongside Sales Engineers and professional services teams * Exposure to channel or partner-led sales models What Success Looks Like * Build a strong enterprise pipeline in the assigned territory * Close initial reference customers and establish market presence * Consistently progress opportunities through discovery, PoC, and close * Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain disciplined sales execution * Contribute to a scalable, repeatable go-to-market motion Why This Role * Opportunity to help open and shape a new market * Sell differentiated cybersecurity solutions in high-impact environments * High ownership, autonomy, and visibility * Direct influence on territory strategy and growth Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $60,008.80 - $250,924.58 per year Work Location: On the roadMBC Technology Group Inc.
