Duties

:

• Engage with shoppers face-to-face to promote products and generate sales
• Proactively approach customers, identify needs, and recommend solutions
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and confidently
• Guide customers through the full sales and sign-up process
• Present products professionally and close sales in a retail environment
• Maintain an organized and professional promotional display
• Work with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals

Qualifications

:

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required (paid training provided)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and people skills
• High-energy, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and interact with a high volume of shoppers
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
