POSITION OVERVIEW Centian's Account Management department is the bridge between our company and its suppliers and customers. Our Account Managers cultivate strategic relationships to identify products that position Centian for efficient service and strong profitability. This role is designed as a part-time, in-office opportunity in Raleigh, NC, with the expectation of developing into a full- time Account Manager. As an Account Management Associate, you'll receive hands-on training across departments, gaining exposure to suppliers, manufacturers, products, and customer engagement. You'll support the Account Management team in building and maintaining relationships, managing product documentation, and driving operational excellence. * WHAT YOU 'LL DO * Researching and developing potential accounts * Studying the nutraceutical industry, products, and market trends * Coordinating and preparing communications with customers and suppliers * Receiving and preparing product quotes * Managing product sample coordination * Updating product, customer, and supplier information in our database * Organizing and maintaining documentation across accounts and manufacturers * DETAILS * In-person role based in Raleigh, NC * $30/hr, 15-25 hrs per week * WHO YOU ARE * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently * Clear and confident communicator across written and verbal channels * Eager to contribute to a high-performing team and motivated to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment * Possess a strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
