Design Tree Maintenance in Phoenix, AZ, is looking for a full-time Sales Arborist. This position is designed for someone who knows how to sell in- home services or big-ticket items and can do it with genuine care and integrity. You will start your morning with a consultation, sitting down with a homeowner and walking them through their options in a way that is easy to understand. Throughout the day, you will visit multiple homes, demonstrate value, and explain why professional tree care is worth the investment. Schedule: This is a full-time position with a schedule that begins at 7:30 a.m. and typically runs until 4:00 - 5:00 p.m., depending on the route.
