Piazza Acura of West Chester is looking for a Sales Consultant to add to our high performing team. All qualified candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Auto sales experience welcome, but not necessary. Retail sales experience is preferred; however, we will train those with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed and learn. BENEFITS: * Medical coverage, including a HSA option, available * Voluntary insurance coverage such as Short/Long Term Disability, Life, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity & Accident Plans available * 401(K) Plan with Company match * Career development opportunity and ability to grow with the Company * Paid Vacation & Holidays * Competitive Pay Plan * Five-Day work week (Closed Sundays) DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES CONSULTANT (include but are not limited to): * Sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing, and qualifying buyers; closing sales. * Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles * Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions * Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport * Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services * Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile * Provides sales management information by completing reports * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications * Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE SALES CONSULTANT ROLE: * Self-Motivated * Team Player * Customer service skills * Organization & Time Management Skills * Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment * CDK experience A valid State Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.
