Company Overview Security Public Storage (SPS) is a family-owned and operated self-storage company with over 53 self-storage facilities located in California, Oregon, Nevada, Maryland & Virginia. Job Summary Seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented, resourceful individual to work assisting in operating our facilities in floating in southern California; Brea, City of Industry, Glendora, and Moreno Valley. Compensation and Perks * $19.50 per hour and a $300 signing bonus after 90 days * Monthly commission from U-Haul transactions, which we estimate to equate to an additional $1.00-$1.50 per hour * $10.00 for every storage unit rented, which we estimate to equate to an additional $0.50-$1.50 per hour - bringing the combined potential equivalent compensation to between $20.50 and $21.50 per hour * Employee discount on storage units * Opportunity for advancement Duties * Oversight of all day-to-day operations * Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer queries and problems, and professionally * Effectively sells storage units to telephone, walk-in and email inquiries by employing the methods within our Call Flow Guidelines * Completes leases and other documentation in a neat and orderly manner * Reduces delinquent accounts through telephone, text, and email contact * Maintains exemplary curb appeal in both our office and throughout the facility, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways, and disposing of debris Qualifications and Skills * Sales and marketing experience or mindset * Passion for interacting with the public * Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills * Proficient with technology, including CRMs, web browsers and the Microsoft Office Suite * Previous property management experience a plus *Commission and potential wages resented above are for representative purposes and actual earning will be based on actual sales numbers.
