Objectives of this Role * Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and aggressively pursuing new business * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners * Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Fishman Flooring Solutions professionally * Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of the assigned sales territory, including account development and retention * Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking * Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order fulfillment * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences * Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge * Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions at trade shows, events, and customer meetings Required Skills and Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred * Proven ability to discover and develop new accounts * Strong understanding of customer service excellence * Highly motivated, accountable, and able to work independently * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * High level of computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint * Experience working with a robust CRM system * Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory * Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications * 3 years of commercial sales and/or specification experience * Familiarity with B2B sales environments and specification selling * Ability to manage complex pricing structures and large product catalogs * Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred Apply Now!
