Full description of the position

We don't need an "order taker." We need a closer --someone who knows how to walk a customer from interest to invoice. You'll work face-to-face with warm showroom traffic and hot inbound leads. Your job is simple: close deals fast, close deals often , and never let an opportunity walk out the door.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Take control of qualified leads and showroom traffic--convert curiosity into contracts
• Present product solutions that create urgency and maximize value
• Crush objections, offer strategic pricing, and close on the spot
• Follow up relentlessly--no quote left behind
• Own your sales funnel: use our CRM (HubSpot) to track leads, notes, and follow-ups like a pro
• Hit aggressive monthly and quarterly targets--we reward top performers
• Stay sharp: know your pricing, promos, and how we beat the competition every time

What You Bring

:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing--cabinet or home improvement experience is a plus, but attitude matters most
• Confidence, charisma, and a no-excuses mindset
• Strong communication, hustle, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, commission-driven environment
