Solar Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) * Tite Home - Tempe, AZ + Greater Phoenix Area Full-Time | Commission Only | $72,000 -$144,000+ per year Built for more than an average sales job? What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day Picture this: You knock on a door, meet a homeowner frustrated with rising utility bills, and in minutes you're showing them a path toward energy independence. You walk them through clear numbers, build trust with your expertise, and help them make a decision that upgrades their home and their future. This role is full-cycle--you prospect, present, and close. Your performance directly impacts your paycheck, your growth, and your trajectory in the solar industry. Here's what you'll do: * Prospect door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods * Review utility bills and identify real savings opportunities * Deliver clear, confident in-home solar presentations * Build proposals and close deals face-to-face * Offer additional home-efficiency upgrades and service work * Attend our Solar Sales Boot Camp + weekly development meetings (Tue-Thu) * Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently hit goals This is simple, teachable, and proven--but only for people willing to put in the work. Week 1 Boot Camp * Day 1:* Systems, paperwork, company values, introduction to our craft Day 2: Solar fundamentals + product understanding Day 3: Sales process, door approach, field readiness Days 4 -5: Shadowing, live homeowner interactions, your first opportunities Ongoing Training * In-person development (Tue/Wed/Thu) * Advanced closing strategies * Objection handling * Deal structuring and profit maximization * Leadership development for top performers At Tite Home, improvement never stops--and neither does your earning potential.
