We're looking for a Counter Sales who's enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn. In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of our brand--helping customers find the right products, keeping our showroom in top shape, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. * What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our sales team, your responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming customer phone calls and providing support * Assisting customers at the sales counter and over the phone with professionalism and product knowledge * Maintaining a clean, well-stocked showroom * Coordinating product deliveries with customers and internal teams * Managing inter-company product transfers * Learning about our products to confidently assist customers (training provided) * Supporting additional tasks as needed--teamwork is everything! * Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: * Friendly and customer-focused with strong communication skills * Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented and quick to learn * Comfortable working independently and with a team * Physical Requirements This role includes some physical activity.
