Prime Construction is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Kitchen Designer & Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for interior design and a proven track record of closing high-value renovation deals, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be the face of Prime Construction, meeting with clients in their homes to transform their kitchen dreams into reality. You will handle the entire process from the initial consultation and 2020 Design rendering to the final sales contract.Key Responsibilities * Design & Consultation: Use 2020 Design software to create accurate, functional, and aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts. * Sales Execution: Follow up on leads, conduct in-home presentations, and close sales for kitchen, bathrooms and full design projects. * Mobility: Travel to client locations to perform site measurements and consultations. * Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their design specifications are met and expectations are exceeded.Job Requirements * Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in kitchen & bathroom sales and interior design projects. * Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in 2020 or any Design software are strictly required. * Mobility: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel to appointments. * Sales Mindset: A "closer" mentality with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present designs and cost estimates [please apply online] & Benefits * Commission-Based: This is a high-upside, percentage-based commission role.
