What You 'll Do: * Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions, including overseeing a virtual assistant that completes most of the process. * Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and other listing launch functions. * Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers. * Generate reviews and referrals from clients during and after the transaction. * Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies. * Deliver a concierge-level experience for our agents, customers, and team members. * Manage internal communications to ensure everyone stays informed and aligned. * Assist the team leader in executing goals and driving key projects. * Keep the team leader informed of any challenges that arise and bring solutions to the table. * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings. Other Details: * Compensation depending on experience, ranges from $45,000-$50,000/year with potential bonus opportunities. * This is a full-time in office position, Monday through Friday. * We are excited to meet the person(s) that truly believe they could be a match!
