What You'll Be Doing: * Guide customers through their furniture-buying journey with warmth and style * Promote our Free In-Home Design Program to help clients bring their dream spaces to life * Build strong relationships and deliver top-notch customer service * Stay on top of trends, styles, and product knowledge * Keep the showroom looking sharp and welcoming * Work weekends and holidays--our busiest (and most exciting!) times What We're Looking For: * 2+ years of sales experience or 1+ year in a customer-facing role * A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * A competitive spirit and a drive to exceed goals * Team player with a positive attitude and a love for learning Schedule: * 6 to 8-hour shifts * Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday Quick Question: Do you have a friendly, outgoing personality and want to work in a team environment?
