• Guide customers through their furniture-buying journey with warmth and style
• Promote our Free In-Home Design Program to help clients bring their dream spaces to life
• Build strong relationships and deliver top-notch customer service
• Stay on top of trends, styles, and product knowledge
• Keep the showroom looking sharp and welcoming
• Work weekends and holidays--our busiest (and most exciting!) times What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of sales experience or 1+ year in a customer-facing role
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A competitive spirit and a drive to exceed goals
• Team player with a positive attitude and a love for learning Schedule:
• 6 to 8-hour shifts
