About Us: Kloud9 is a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) that delivers comprehensive IT solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals through technology. As we expand, we're looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and help drive new business growth. Job Summary: We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This is a hunter role -- you will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-starting, fearless on the phone, and hungry to exceed targets. Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect new business opportunities via phone calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking. * Make 80+ outbound calls per day to generate qualified leads. * Schedule and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demos. * Work with sales engineers and technical staff to prepare proposals and close deals. * Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity and pipeline. * Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. * Stay informed about MSP industry trends, services, and competitive landscape. Requirements: * 5+ years of B2B sales experience; experience in MSP, SaaS, or Compliance, Insurance, or IT services preferred. * Proven track record of hunting and closing new business. * Comfortable with high-volume calling and persistent follow-up. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities. * Proficiency with CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, compliance, or related technologies. * Experience selling to SMBs and understanding their IT needs and challenges.
