Responsibilities Assist with developing new business by engaging prospective clients through calls, outreach, referrals, and networking. Learn to identify customer needs and present appropriate insurance solutions. Support agency operations including quoting, policy reviews, documentation, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service. Participate in marketing initiatives, community events, and social media outreach. Attend coaching sessions and training meetings to develop product knowledge and sales techniques. Shadow agents and agency owners to understand workflows, compliance, and business strategy. Contribute to production goals and maintain a positive, professional presence.
