Now Hiring: Fine Jewelry Sales Associate (Full-Time) Location: 19141 Stone Oak Pkwy, Suite 103, San Antonio, Texas 78258 Company: Moses Jewelers Moses Jewelers is a fine jewelry studio specializing in custom creations, repairs, and luxury retail. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Fine Jewelry Sales Associate who can provide exceptional client service and support custom jewelry and repair operations. Position Requirements: * Previous fine jewelry or luxury retail experience (REQUIRED) * Hands-on experience using a POS system (Jewel360 preferred) * Valid Driver's License * Strong communication, organization, and client service skills * Ability to work Saturdays and during peak holiday seasons * Professional and polished demeanor Business Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm (employees show up at 9am) Saturdays 10am-4pm Closed Sundays Employees may be required to stay later than business hours. Sales & Client Experience * Assist clients with fine jewelry purchases and consultations. * Build lasting client relationships through personalized service. * Maintain expert knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, metals, and collections. * Use Jewel360 POS for sales, inventory lookups, payments, and client profiles Custom Jewelry Project Management * Conduct client consultations and document design requirements * Provide accurate quotes and timelines for custom projects * Communicate design details to CAD designers; manage renders and revisions * Present design renders to clients and gather feedback * Obtain final client approvals before production * Receive/print wax molds and ensure readiness for casting * Track design changes, approvals, and production stages * Maintain detailed client notes via Google Sheets * Coordinate with production team for casting, stone setting, finishing * Order gemstones, metals, or components when needed Jewelry Repair Intake & Processing * Greet and assist clients with repair inquiries * Intake repairs, document work needed, and provide cost/time estimates * Create work orders using Jewel360 * Process payments using Jewel360 Card Terminal * Issue refunds through QuickBooks Online when necessary * Create and update customer profiles with detailed notes * Track repair progress and communicate status to clients * Coordinate with jewelers and ensure proper ticket handling Store Operations & Daily Duties * Opening: Stock stations, set displays, turn on lights, check emails/voicemails, organize * Coordinate watch repairs (scheduling, pickup/drop-off) * Maintain store cleanliness (sweep, sanitize counters, organize) * Answer phones and assist with client inquiries * Place online orders as needed * Write checks in QuickBooks when purchasing gold * Create jewelry appraisals using Jewel360 * Closing: Secure displays, store jewelry bins in safe, plug in devices, turn off lights * Check and respond to voicemails daily We Offer: * Competitive pay * Growth within a custom jewelry environment * Supportive, family-oriented work culture * Employee discounts on fine jewelry Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Application Question(s): * Do you have previous experience with jewelry sales?
