Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Energy Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential customers to promote and sell energy solutions, including solar energy products, through direct outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates and those experienced in technical sales or CRM software are highly encouraged to apply. Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach and community engagement to generate leads and build customer relationships.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote energy solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Engage with prospects in person, providing product demonstrations and explaining technical aspects of solar and energy systems.
- Manage customer interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate record-keeping of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales by addressing customer questions and concerns effectively.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through persistent outreach and follow-up efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, technical sales, or energy sales preferred.
- Strong background in marketing, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems or renewable energy products is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a desire to grow within the organization.
