Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Auto Glass Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and providing expert solutions related to auto glass and automotive services. The ideal candidate has a strong automotive background and is comfortable combining sales, technical knowledge, and hands-on support. Experience with glass installation, ADAS calibration, window tinting, and general vehicle maintenance is highly valued. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to assess auto glass needs and recommend appropriate solutions * Clearly explain services including: * Auto glass installation and replacement * ADAS calibration * Window tinting * Related vehicle repair options * Perform or oversee auto glass installations using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge * Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as detailing, assembly, and minor repairs as needed * Prepare accurate customer quotes using auto estimating software * Safely handle heavy lifting of glass components during installations * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Stay up to date on industry techniques, auto body repair practices, and advancing automotive technology Experience & Qualifications * Sales experience preferred, especially in auto glass or automotive repair * Strong knowledge of: * Auto glass installation * ADAS systems * Vehicle maintenance * Familiarity with auto estimating software * Ability to safely perform heavy lifting * Auto body repair or mechanical experience is a plus * Prior experience in automotive repair or detailing is highly beneficial Hourly Pay plus Bonus Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off Work Location: In person
