Inbound Listing Specialist - Tampa (Remote / No Office) We're a Tampa-based real estate brokerage spending $10,000+ per month on seller lead generation. The leads are there. What we need are agents who will actually work them. This is not a training program. This is not a team for brand-new agents. This is not a place to "build your book slowly." This is a role for licensed agents who want steady listing opportunities without paying for leads. What the role actually is * You receive 10-20 warm seller leads per week * Sellers have already spoken to our team and confirmed motivation * Your job is to: * Call fast * Book and attend listing appointments * Get contracts signed * You work 100% remotely * You must be Tampa-based and able to attend appointments in person Compensation * 60/40 split on company-provided leads (higher splits available for strong performers) * Flat $500 transaction fee on any self-generated business * No desk fees * No monthly fees * No marketing costs You make money by closing, not by recruiting or paying Zillow.
