We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, build lasting relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their needs and preferences * Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value * Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, technology, and safety features * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business * Negotiate vehicle pricing, trade-in values, financing options, and warranties in coordination with management * Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently * Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address concerns * Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, market trends, and competitor offerings * Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets * Comply with dealership policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements Qualifications & Skills * High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) * Automotive sales Required * Dealership experience needed * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Customer-centric mindset with a consultative sales approach * Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Attributes * Passion for automobiles and automotive technology * Self-motivated, results-driven, and professional in appearance and conduct * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits * Competitive commission or commission-plus-salary structure * Performance bonuses and incentives * Health, dental, and vision benefits (where applicable) * Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities INDH Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
