Requirements * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. * A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance available. * Strong work ethic and leadership skills. * Strong communication skills, both oral and written. * Driven and goal-oriented individual. * Be capable of handling customer rejection. Responsibilities * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. * Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. * Be outstanding at relationship building. * Develop and maintain client relationships. * Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
