Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Agent to join our team. As an Agent, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with customers, Making Position Overview: Reeder Trausch Marine is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales and service departments through effective communication, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys boating culture, thrives on customer interaction, and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and website inquiries about boat sales, parts, accessories, and service. * Proactively make outbound calls to follow up with internet leads, event attendees, previous buyers, and service customers. * Schedule appointments for sales consultations, boat demos, and service drop-offs. * Accurately input and manage customer data in CRM systems and ensure all leads are properly tracked and followed up. * Provide knowledgeable answers about boat models, features, accessories, and promotions. * Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure appointments are prepped and customers receive a seamless experience. * Support marketing campaigns by assisting with email blasts, seasonal outreach, and promotional follow-ups. * Stay informed on current inventory, manufacturer rebates, financing options, and boating industry trends. * Assist during dealership events, boat shows, and seasonal open houses. Qualifications: * Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or call center environment preferred. * Interest or background in boating, fishing, or marine products is a strong plus. * Excellent phone and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office. * Ability to work weekends and extended hours during peak seasons or events.
