Inside Sales Associate We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Inside Sales Associate who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with both customers and technology. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with product selection and purchases * Mixing paint accurately to customer specifications * Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor * Learning and using our software system to enter and process orders * Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Requirements: * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to learn new systems and procedures * High attention to detail * Must be available to work Saturdays from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
