Overview We are looking for a dedicated Roofing Sales Consultant to assist homeowners with their roofing needs. The ideal candidate will have a string customer service orientation and background in roofing or construction sales. Responsibilities * Assist clients in selecting roofing materials that meet their needs and budget. * Provide detailed product knowledge and answer customer inquires. * Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities. * Conduct Presentations and product demonstrations when necessary. * Collaborate with the installation team to unsure customers satisfaction. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings. Qualifications * Strong communication and sales skills. * Familiarity with roofing materials and installation techniques. * Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to address client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Familiarity with account management practices and techniques for maintaining client satisfaction. * Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in industries requiring specialized knowledge or solutions. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
