Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Roofing Sales Consultant to assist homeowners with their roofing needs. The ideal candidate will have a string customer service orientation and background in roofing or construction sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting roofing materials that meet their needs and budget.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and answer customer inquires.
• Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
• Conduct Presentations and product demonstrations when necessary.
• Collaborate with the installation team to unsure customers satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Familiarity with roofing materials and installation techniques.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Familiarity with account management practices and techniques for maintaining client satisfaction.
• Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in industries requiring specialized knowledge or solutions.
