Job Overview: Golden Glove Landscaping is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help fuel our company's growth and expand our strategic market presence. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating closely with operations to convert leads into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: As the Business Development Manager, you will: * Identify & pursue new clients: Develop new business opportunities with property managers, commercial clients, residential developers, builders, and subcontractors. * Generate and qualify leads: Research prospective customers and markets, build a pipeline, and prioritize opportunities. * Build relationships: Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients and partners. * Drive sales strategy: Collaborate with leadership to create and execute sales plans that meet revenue targets. * Represent Golden Glove: Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings as a company ambassador. * Work cross-functionally: Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs and company goals. * Negotiate contracts: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements. * Track sales activity: Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast growth, and report on business development metrics. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (ideally 3+ years). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a sales pipeline. * Comfortable with moderate travel to meet clients and support field activities.
