We are expanding and looking for motivated, coachable, high-energy In-Home Sales Consultants to join our team and help homeowners transform their kitchens. Position Overview As an In-Home Sales Consultant , you will meet homeowners in person, walk them through design options, create solutions that fit their project goals, and close deals on the spot. No cold calling, no door knocking -- all appointments are set for you. This role is perfect for someone who is confident with people, comfortable closing deals, and wants a real opportunity to earn six figures based on performance. What You 'll Do * Run in-home sales appointments (leads provided). * Build rapport and understand homeowners' vision, design preferences, and budget. * Present solutions for cabinet refacing, painting, countertops, and upgrades. * Create quotes, explain pricing, and close the deal during the appointment. * Follow up with clients to keep projects moving smoothly. * Maintain accurate notes and deal info in our CRM. * Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions. Compensation This position is 100% commission-based with very high earning potential. Commission on every job sold * Additional overage on deals sold above target margins * Bonuses for weekly and monthly performance * Mileage + write-off opportunities Earning Expectation * New reps: $75,000 -$120,000+ * Experienced closers: $150,000 -$250,000+ * Top performers: Well into 6 figures You truly get out what you put in. What We 're Looking For * Confident, outgoing personality * Great communicator who can build trust quickly * Strong closer with in-home or high-ticket sales experience (preferred) * Coachable and motivated to learn * Reliable transportation * Ability to run 2-4 appointments a day * Professional appearance and demeanor * Loves helping homeowners redesign their space Schedule * Flexible schedule * Appointments typically run between 10 AM - 6 PM * Some evenings/weekends depending on homeowner availability Pay: $84,220.00 - $102,468.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid training Work Location: In person
