Leasing Professional/Assistant Community Manager We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager based in the North Dallas, TX area*to join our Trinity Square Apartments team*. Trinity Square Apartments(203 units) 4350 Trinity Mills Road Dallas, TX 75287 [please apply online] Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, collect/post rent, manage renewals, attend court proceedings, and build rapport with prospects and residents. Compensation : $21 - $23 per hour (commensurate with experience), plus monthly bonuses. What You Will Do: * Engage and welcome guests upon entering * Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents * Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments * Follow up with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly * Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents according to policy and procedures * Collect and post rent, manage evictions * Manage lease renewals * Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs * Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service. * Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests * Available for Saturday working hours and four days during the week. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 6 months of Assistant Property Manager experience within the multifamily housing industry, plus the following credentials/skills: * Proficient in Leasing experience * Passion for assisting others * Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently * Thrive in a fast-paced setting, have an enthusiasm for taking on new challenges, and have a desire to grow personally and professionally. * Attention to detail, organization skills, and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals. * Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM. * Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
