Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and experience in various sales channels including B2B, territory management, and technical sales. Duties * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research * Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients * Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities * Engage in direct sales activities, including inside and outside sales efforts * Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitable margins * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management and account management * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis * Ability to conduct product demos and technical presentations effectively * Excellent business development skills with a track record of generating new leads and closing deals * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales growth and lead generation techniques * Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail * Strong analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and customer needs * Experience in retail sales or direct sales environments is a plus * Self-motivated with a proactive approach toward achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships Pay: $49,043.63 - $100,063.29 per year Work Location: In person
