What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to assess needs and present exterior solutions * * Perform inspections (roofs, siding, gutters) and provide estimates Follow a proven consultative sales process with high close rates * * Run both company-provided and self-generated leads Prospect and generate referrals through canvassing, networking, and community events * Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction * What We're Looking For We hire for character first --sales and construction experience is a plus, but not required.
