Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant - Bill Luke CDJR Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)

Compensation

• Engage with walk-in and online customers to build rapport and understand their needs
• Assist customers throughout the entire buying process -- from vehicle selection to financing
• Stay up to date on vehicle features, trim levels, competitive comparisons, and manufacturer programs
• Lead test drives and present product demonstrations with confidence
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude every day
• Work collaboratively with teammates, sales managers, and finance team to close deals What We 're Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of dealership sales experience required
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• High-energy personality with a professional, customer-first approach
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening COVID-19 & Safety:
• Enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures in place
• Social distancing and PPE provided as needed
