What You 'll Be Doing: * Engage with walk-in and online customers to build rapport and understand their needs * Assist customers throughout the entire buying process -- from vehicle selection to financing * Stay up to date on vehicle features, trim levels, competitive comparisons, and manufacturer programs * Lead test drives and present product demonstrations with confidence * Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business * Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude every day * Work collaboratively with teammates, sales managers, and finance team to close deals What We 're Looking For: * Minimum 1 year of dealership sales experience required * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals * High-energy personality with a professional, customer-first approach * Must be at least 18 years old * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Must pass background and drug screening COVID-19 & Safety: * Enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures in place * Social distancing and PPE provided as needed * Commitment to a safe, respectful work environment Apply Today - Customers Are Already Waiting!
