Outside Sales Representative Indianapolis, IN Full-Time Benefits + Commission We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Pallet Sales Representative to grow and manage pallet sales in the region. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable developing new business while supporting existing accounts. Industry experience is a plus but not required--we're willing to train the right person. Family owned and operated with 7 manufacturing facilities in Ohio and Indiana, with the head office in Portland, IN. We are strategically positioned to service our regional customers throughout the Midwest. Key Responsibilities * Identify, pursue, and close new pallet business in assigned territories * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects * Provide customers with pricing, product details, and service information * Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate customer pallet needs * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery * Track leads, sales activity, and customer communications * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications * Previous sales experience (industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or packaging preferred) * College Degree Preferred, but not required * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Comfortable with in-person visits, cold calling, and territory management * Must have personally-owned vehicle, clean Motor Vehicle Record, and required insurance coverage * Basic computer skills like Microsoft Office and Excel.(CRM experience a plus) What We Offer * Competitive base salary + commission structure * Health insurance, 401K, and Paid Time Off * Opportunities for growth within a stable, expanding company * Supportive team environment * Mileage reimbursement for travel * Training on our products, processes, and sales strategies How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resume and brief introduction to [please apply online].
