We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a remote position with local travel required to meet clients, attend networking events, and develop relationships within the Orlando, FL area. Job Description: As the Business Development & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and promoting our services to potential clients in the elder law, geriatric medical practices, and senior care sectors. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and build long-term relationships. Responsibilities: * Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing campaigns targeting elder law professionals, geriatric care providers, and senior care organizations to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. * Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building within the senior care and healthcare community. * Sales & Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and in-person networking. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to ensure our services remain competitive and relevant. * Local Travel & Networking: Travel locally to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking opportunities. Qualifications: * Bachelor 's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred). * 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, with a strong focus on elder law, geriatric care, or senior healthcare services. * Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, particularly in the healthcare or senior care sectors. * Strong understanding of the needs and challenges of elder law professionals, medical practitioners, and senior care organizations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. * Comfortable with local travel within the Orlando, FL area.
